Returns
We do not do change of mind returns, babes. Please double check your size and vibe before you hit checkout because once it’s yours, it’s yours.

If Something Arrives Wrong
If your item turns up faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email info@trashytimez.com within 15 days so we can fix it fast.

Send us:
• Your order number
• Pics of the issue
• A quick little explanation

Do not send anything back without approval first. We love surprises but not like that.

No Returns On
• Items worn, washed, stretched, partied-in, or perfume-covered
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Anything that looks like it had A Night

Refunds
Refunds only happen for faulty or incorrect items.
Shipping is non-refundable unless we messed up.
Once we receive and check your item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
If it has been longer than 15 days, email us and we will chase it like a situationship that still owes us emotional closure.
